4-hours arrangementOn demand.

8-hours arrangement• Plenary meeting room for 2 continuous parts of the day
• Unlimited coffee, tea and ice water during the meeting, with snacks
• An Energy Break
• Note pads, pens and mints
• Flip-over with accessoiries
• Overhead projector with screen, beamer, dvd-player, video, TV, amplifier, wireless microphone
• Buffet lunch with cold and warm dishes (including coffee, tea, milk, butter milk and fruit juices)

12-hours arrangement• Plenary meeting room for all 3 parts of the day
• Unlimited coffee, tea and ice water during the meeting, with snacks
• An Energy Break
• Note pads, pens and mints
• Flip-over with accessoiries
• Overhead projector with screen, beamer, dvd-player, video, TV, amplifier, wireless microphone
• Buffet lunch with cold and warm dishes (including coffee, tea, milk, butter milk and fruit juices)
• Afternoon snack
• 3-Course dinner

24-hours arrangement• Plenary meeting room for all 3 parts of the day
• Unlimited coffee, tea and ice water during the meeting, with snacks
