Starters• Shrimp cocktail dressed with whisky sauce
• Beef carpaccio with balsamic dressing
• Refreshing salad with smoked salmon fillet
• Tomato soup with fresh chives
• Roast tuna with wasabi-flavoured mayonnaise

Main course• Grilled veal sirloin steak with pepper sauce
• Pan-fried halibut fillet with white wine sauce
• Sautéed beef tournedos with stroganoff sauce
• Grilled salmon fillet with butter sauce
• Mega vega...ask for the possibilities!

Desserts• Fresh fruit with whipped cream
• "Noordzee" sundae (3 scoops of ice cream with whipped cream)
• "Tulip" sundae (3 scoops of sherbet with whipped cream)
• Yoghurt-raspberry ice cream with fruit sauce
• For the kids: children's mug with ice cream
